Postnatal Fennel Bites Recipe
Gluten Free | Nut Free
Servings: Approx. 12
Prep Time: 10 minutes
What You’ll Need:
- Sharp Knife
- Cutting Board
- Serving Board
Ingredients:
- 1 bulb of fennel, thinly sliced
- 1 ½ ounces of Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese, shaved
- 1 teaspoon of sea salt
- 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Instructions:
- Grab a cutting board and cut fennel in half lengthwise, then slice into 1/4-inch-thick wedges.
- Using a sharp knife (or vegetable peeler), cut the parmigiano into thick, bite-size shavings and place on top of fennel wedges.
- Place your fennel bites onto your serving board or platter.
- Season fennel bites with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
- Top with fennel fronds to garnish and serve!
