Cancellation and Changes

Cancellation Requests
- Customers must submit cancellation requests at least 24 hours prior to their scheduled ship date.
- Send an email to our customer care team at help@premamawellness.com with your full name, subscription details, and reason for cancellation.
- Confirmation of cancellation will be provided via email.
- You can also cancel your subscriptions directly in your customer account.

Note: We cannot guarantee changes if requested less than 24 hours before the ship date, and any refunds on shipped subscriptions are subject to following our green return policy.

Changes to Subscription
- Modify your subscription (e.g., change delivery date, update product selection) by submitting a request at least 24 hours before the scheduled ship date.
- Confirmation of cancellation will be provided via email.
- You can also edit your subscriptions directly in your customer account.

Order Processing:
- Subscription orders are processed every 21 days.
- You will receive a notification 3 days prior to order processing, allowing you to revise, skip, or cancel your subscription.
- Once a subscription order is processed, it cannot be canceled.

- Subscription orders ship free.
