Cancellation and Changes

  1. Cancellation Requests
    • Customers must submit cancellation requests at least 24 hours prior to their scheduled ship date.
    • Send an email to our customer care team at help@premamawellness.com with your full name, subscription details, and reason for cancellation.
    • Confirmation of cancellation will be provided via email.
    • You can also cancel your subscriptions directly in your customer account.
    • Note: We cannot guarantee changes if requested less than 24 hours before the ship date, and any refunds on shipped subscriptions are subject to following our green return policy.

  2. Changes to Subscription
    • Modify your subscription (e.g., change delivery date, update product selection) by submitting a request at least 24 hours before the scheduled ship date.
    • Confirmation of cancellation will be provided via email.
    • You can also edit your subscriptions directly in your customer account.

Additional Information

  • Order Processing:
    • Subscription orders are processed every 21 days.
    • You will receive a notification 3 days prior to order processing, allowing you to revise, skip, or cancel your subscription.
    • Once a subscription order is processed, it cannot be canceled.
  • Shipping:
    • Subscription orders ship free.
